INTERESTED IN RESIDING AT THE GRANDE?

All units are individually owned and The Grande does not have access to show any unit that may be fore rent. Any available units can be found on several different platforms depending on where the unit owners lists their condo for rent. Popular sites owners use to advertise their individual condos for rent include hotpads.com or craigslist.com.  Management does not know what units are available or know the prices.  If you see a unit for rent on one of the aforementioned websites, you need to contact the owner of the unit directly.  

Any person wanting to move in with an official owner must also go through the background check.

In order to reside on property and/or lease a unit at The Grande Downtown Orlando Condominium Association, Inc., you must comply with all approval and leasing procedures and policies set in place. All non-official owners must be approved prior to moving in to a unit with an owner or leasing a condominium within The Grande. On the application you will need to know the unit number you are applying for.  Please note that all leasing procedures must be completed before moving in. If you have questions about co-applicants vs. credit guarantor please call the office at (407)-835-1359. Subletting is strictly prohibited. 

If you have already viewed a unit and are ready to apply, click the "Background Check Application" button at the bottom of the page. The application process can take up to 7-10 business days before it is completed and sent back to the Association for approval. ALL PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS MUST ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE PROCESS - WE CANNOT RUSH THIS! Once the application is approved by the Association it is sent to the owner or property manager of the unit for final approval. Once they review and approve the application they will reach out to inform you that you need to call the office to schedule the mandatory orientation prior to move in. 

The application fee per applicant is $100.00 non refundable.
